Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be totally obsessed with your new dark aesthetic, but if something isn't quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all occult-inspired packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are free from pet hair or perfume.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
